Congrats Kathy on #4 in the books! I love this: 'I had a ball!! I loved the new route, the crowds were amazing, I never really felt overly tired just plodded along. I particularily liked running on the parkway as I could see the downtown core from there and kept thinknng tha tis not far!! hahahahaha...

21k run this morning in the rain and wind. First 6k with Strider and puppy Strider. Strider can still run faster and stronger than me even after running a 100 mile fast trail run last weekend. :lol:

Happy Monday Maniacs! WooHoo.... sensational weather we're having in Ottawa.... warm and sunny.

I feel like I'm BACK! Ran 18k yesterday with Strider at a 5:38/km pace and it felt great. My new inhaler with aerochamber is making a huge difference. I'm SO happy!
