Went this morning for my first ever "real" kick boxing workout. Not the average franchise class, I mean a real class that trains fighters.....and HOLY CRAPOLA!!!! Call me silly, but I need to know. Can you surf the internet on an iTouch, for free? I've been looking online and I think this statement is true as long as you are in a WI-FI area. Am I right?

Polar - watch died
Just wondering, does anyone know what kind of battery it would need, should I try to change it or get a watch person to do it. I have a Polar that only has a heart rate monitor.

My very first batch of steel cut oats is cooking as we speak. I'm looking forward to this.
