Although, I'm slowly getting back to normal since I ran the first week away and then it was very sporadic. Lots of walking...but that doesn't keep up the running enduranc...

Long time not posting....just trying to peek at some forums on a little break...CRAZINESS in my life recently! I saw this though and had to comment. I LOVE yoga! I did pilates for a long time (all Stott) but I find yoga more well-rounded. Pilates doesn't do much for the arms and legs, whereas yoga i...

Ever since my yoga pass expired I haven't been going because I can't justify paying for it. But I need it sooo badly! I'm pretty good for stretching after runs etc but...

HORRIBLE tempo run last night. Cut it short and ran easy since I just could not hold my tempo pace. Shows how quickly you can lose it since I've done no tempo runs since the iron stuff...mostly just easy running and a couple of interval days. Time to bump up the tempos though! This morning we went f...

First bike commute of the year!!! Wooohoo!

It was faster than taking the bus! I don't know if I'm faster or I just forgot how quick it can be (I'm guessing its the second one:)). Felt great and it was beautiful out. Definitely made my morning better!
