I am sorry I missed you out on the trail, but followed along during the night. What a great finish!
Congrats again.

Only hit start at the beginning of the swim and stop when I am ready to get out of the pool. This way I have an automatic log of distance swam, strokes per lap, rest periods taken etc. Da...

1st full ATB
I have done the 3-person relay at Around The Bay, but this was the first time running the full distance, also my longest race to date. Originally the plan was to get sub-2:15, but with the winter we have had, plus with some physical challeneges through the winter, that was not to be in the cards. Th...

1.5 hours in the pool this morning (2,650 meters)
Easy 8k tonight, probably on the treadmill, so how the knees hold out.

Anyone familiar with this site? I came across this site today. http://life.nationalpost.com/2013/07/31/run-coach-get-coached-introducing-eachcoach/ Yes I have "used" it a couple of times. I have provided similar feedback to Ben as LA has. Personally I find the feedback somewhat useless un...

Re: From the heart
I wanted to share a recent article in which I was featured. I hope it does several things; Firstly serves as a warning that, no matter how fit and healthy you may look or feel there is always the possibility that, like me you are the victim of genetics. Get regular check ups, take the warnings seri...

Re: Let's talk trainers
Got my KK Road Machine last night. Set up and took it for an hour spin.
Very quiet and (to me anyways) feels pretty similar to riding on the road.
So far I am happy, but it is still very early days.

I just bought a Kurt Kinetic Road Machine off Ebay. Should get delivered today. Plus, living in the cit...

Those are some of my fantasies right now   Awesome! Will you focus on running training till may an...
