Anything over 15°C is pushing it for me. It's already too hot and humid out there. Morning runs ... early morning runs only now. An interesting point that cadence is the same whether you are going slow or fast (ex. 90 - 95 right foot strikes in 1 minute) but your stride length increases or decreases.

By the way, I saw many RM but I was too shy to intrduce myself.
