Anything over 15°C is pushing it for me. It's already too hot and humid out there. Morning runs ... early morning runs only now. I'm with you there... the thing is, the Calgary marathon can be quite hot in July (around 25+ last year), and we never seem to get warm enough weather leading up to it to...

Stride Rate

An interesting point that cadence is the same whether you are going slow or fast (ex. 90 - 95 right foot strikes in 1 minute) but your stride length increases or decreases.
