Can't help with that area, now if you were coming to the South could help. Generally though, there are excellent running and biking trails throughout the country. They are well marked and in the cities lit at night although running in daylight is preferred. Should be safe on any marked trail during ...

Good to hear some news of you. You ran well but perhaps if your knee didn't like it then 10km will be fine. Of course if your knee is good then you'll have to decide. Glad to hear all is well.
