$470 million raised for Cancer research. For some reason that statement overshadows anything else I read in the media, I say let the guy run with a jetpack strapped to his back if he wants.

Re: Intermittent Fasting... anyone try it?

I appreciate that but until a few hundred years ago, the avg lifespan of humans was a lot lower than it is today. We have evolved from the animal kingdom and no longer have to hunt and or gather food, we do not have to endure a diet based on a limited availability. I do understand that eating in ex...

I am one who opposes any sort of fasting (unless it is short term and needed for accurate medical measurements/tests) It is not a natural behavior It actually is entirely natural... most of the animal kingdom - including humans until the last several hundred years - eats sporadically. Leg/Hill work tonight. I will set the TM at 10% incline and see how long before my legs give out. I am noticing that the hill workouts are doing wonders for my overall running and almost feel like they accelerate my improvement a lot. I can do without the nausea though.

Rest day today, another tempo/hill race trial run tomorrow. Felt good last night but still way slower than I would like to be, tried my fuelling routing which consists of 4 gummy bears every 10 minutes/2 km's and Gatorade. For some reason gummy bears work well for me and they taste yum!
