Ok I was born in Corner Brook, It basically a big steep bowl that opens to a harbor. If you want to do this race I highly suggest do all your training on hills :D

well they wernt technically packed up but alot of the ppl who would have normally been at the finishline takeing chips and stuff were inside their trailer doing something, and i was like 20 min after Dani.

I passed the main points of the article to a few ppl around my office and it caused quite an argument. Alot of ppl are very set in their ways when it comes to hydration and arnt willing to change for anything.

Congrats, Aaron! It's always good when you can learn something to apply to your next race. Spinning in a nice easy gear (rather than pushing a really big gear) will help to save your legs. As will electrolyte replacement (not just water). Now, she tells me ... :oops: :wink: Ya no doubt :twisted:
