I like the aquasphere goggles, still get racoon eyes but not too bad and they don't leak. Tried the sables but they feel like they are sucking my eyeball out of the socket.

Last night was a vegetarian stew with dumplings that will double as today's lunch. I never thought a veg stew could be delicious or filling but Terry Pratchett managed to do it! Recipe available if you like...

If you like hills go for it. The bike is hilly but the run is like no other. I think this year there were about 1600 starters and 1300 finishers.
