I was thinking of starting of with running 3 times per week - 1 day run followed by 2 days of rest. Or maybe 2 times per week with 3 days of rest? Thanks for the links, I'll check it out and then reply. Regarding dieting and losing weight. I am on a good diet and always avoid "bad" foods, ...
