I'm always horrified to see bloody nipples. I remember being wounded and ignorant. I jumped into a hot shower and just about buckled from the pain after a rainy long run one Sunday afternoon years ago. My sympathies to you Chris.

Congrats on your effort.

Congratulations Dale. I loved the report and could relate to a few motivators you mentioned. :)

I agree with Suess in looking for more discussion on piping.

Wickedly good run Dale. I'm betting your pacing improvements are going to lead you towards other worthy PB's. Terrific!

Horrid news. Holly and Cheryl, I hope you're headed to solid mending ways. You will be smart about it all I know.

Cheryl! What a heart break!

Hope you both can focus your efforts in a positive way for your respective recovery trials.

help - jacked my knee

I'm not sure what I did, but I did it yesterday. I hauled some heavy pails of water up and down stairs, but I do that weekly to change aquarium water. I do this is a weekly and that's been going on for years. Regardless, there was no spike of pain to indicate I'd hurt myself. By bed time last night ...

Re: My new ScrewShoes

Spent last winter in my first pair of screw shoes. They were made with .5" self tapping sheet metal screws in a ten screw perimeter pattern. No screws under the ball of my foot. I'll never use pull on traction devices again. These things performed perfectly. I get to test them out again today! ...

Re: Hunter not guilty in trail death

I have lived in a remote area since 1991 and we see a lot of pressure from hunters. I enjoy hunting more than killing. I'll hunt with a camera as willingly as a firearm, but I'm also a wild food lover. Our local (Manitoba) CBC radio noon show has been carrying stories of rural folks and their encoun...
