Thanks! One last question. I noticed that the sizing is quite different between the betty and the raid. Do you have both? If so, did you get both in the same size, or did you go one up for the betty?

I'm heading out with my ds for 14 km. His longest distance ever. I'm not impressed with the cold and snow. When will it be spring? Seven weeks until Ottawa. I need some heat for my long runs to prepare for the usual heatwave that hits just in time for NCM weekend!

Did my LSD yesterday, so no running today. I just arrived in Bermuda where it's a sunny 23 degrees! I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's a good thing I ran yesterday. It's too hot to run today! I'm off to explore.

I'm about to leave for a 12 km run. Have to do my LSD today because I fly to Bermuda early tomorrow. Looks like the weather here this week might actually be better than in Bermuda

DS and I did a 10k LSD today. We missed our short runs all week, so we found it a little rough. Still, it was great to get out there in the warmer weather. What a great day!
