We runners have enough trouble trying to avoid getting hit by cars that aren't trying specifically to hit us. And now for a little side rant: All the news articles refer to the runners as "joggers". I gave them the benefit of the doubt in my news blurb for Captivate Network and called them "runners"...

Going out for a work dinner at Six Steps, then joggling 10K home. I forgot my racing beanbags at home and the only ones I have at work at my Exerballs. They are very big and heavy – the ones I used to set the first joggling marathon record in 2005 – and I haven't joggled with them in years, so tonig...

Also, you can get an "after-burner" effect from exercise if you do speed intervals or stregnth training. I just finished a 10-mile run, so if I follow this article's advice it looks like I can consume about 8,200 calories today – sweet!! What's for dinner? http://thejoggler.blogspot.com Michal

Good to see I'm not alone. I too have forgotten various articles of clothing – usually socks or a belt, but once I ran to work and realized to my utter dismay when I arrived that I had forgotten my pants! I had to work in running shorts for the start of my 6 a.m. shift, then go out and buy a pair of...

The Ankle Express ... anyone?

Does anyone else here run to commute to or from work? For three years I ran to and from work almost every day, for a total of 26km of running per day. It was my secret to high-mileage marathon training on a tight schedule. Nowadays, I only run home and take the subway there, but I still love it. I'm...

I'm in too: #15.

Looking forward to meeting y'all in person.

CBC TV's Sunday Report is planning to film some joggling at the race too – pretty cool.

Scotty, that was a fantastic piece. Hopefully, it will get picked up by The Canadian Press as well. I spend most of my day monitoring CP for work, so I'll keep an eye out. You do need to get yourself some juggling beanbags, then you can alter the sign to say "Joggling Route". Michal http://thejoggle...

Jiddling, juddling, chainsaws, backwards joggling – so much to respond to and so little time! I have never jiddled before (although I can't be sure, since we haven't fully established the definition of this), nor have a joggled chainsaws or scarves. A graphic designer friend of mine did do a rather ...

Alright then, who wants to learn how to joggle? All you need are three beanbags and the willingness to look like a complete fool. Robbie-T - this 3-ball juggling tutorial is good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T16_BVIFFPQ So I'm trying to decide what stunt record to break at Scotiabank this year. A...

Wow, what a welcome! What a group! So who are the other world record holders kicking around here? If Scotty can unicycle 10K, he should try to break my friend Zach Warren's oine-mile unicycle record: 3 minutes and 26 seconds. Zach actuallly challenged me to go head-to-head to try to break the record...

"Joggling" through the storm

I'm currently training to regain my Guinness World Record for "fastest marathon while juggling three objects" (which now stands at 2:52:15) and I had quite the training run last night. The following is lifted from my new blog, The Bloggling Joggler ( http://thejoggler.blogspot.com ): It was a dark a...
