I use duct tape too, I rip a square and then put a smaller square upside down on the large square, that way the sticky part isn't right on the nip. If I take them off right after my run while I'm still wet they come off with out pain. I'm interested if you can find someone to give them a trim. Just...

my health. i have "chronic fatigue syndrome" [for lack of an actual clinically objective diagnosis]. i have been hanging in here, hoping to improve, watching dates where expected milestones were supposed to happen, and i got nothing. have lost my job, probably my career, many friends. ffs...
