I'm also trying to get my dad on board to run. He hasn't run a marathon since 2008, he's now 65 and I think it'd be a great weekend. He was a 3:30-3:40 runner in those days (PB of 3:24) but now he needs a 4:10 for a BQ. I'm certainly stoking the fires in the right direction.

Good luck getting past all the half walkers after the red hill - looks like we're all on the same 3 foot wide path for 2-3k. Can't see any problems there.
