7k on the TM this morning before work, these morning runs are so much better for me than waiting until evening. :D Evening will now be spent ferrying girls back and forth to dance lessons and then folding laundry. :roll:

I've decided to start running every morning that I work from home, this is typically Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Combined with my Saturday & Sunday runs this will be 5x/week. Obviously some of these will be quite short to start... Ran last night, just 5k, and then this morning, just 3k... ...

Up early, well for a "vacation day" ;) . Got my 5k done on the TM, made lunches, got the kids off to school, and came home to enjoy my peace and quiet and do whatever I want. Of course that means laundry, cleaning the kitchen, etc. :roll: I really could get used to this no work thing ... g...

Rest day from running. will do a strength/core session along with a yoga video for runners. :D need to make the yoga video a habit to get over this very tight hip. It was bugging me on the TM last night. :?
