7k on the TM this morning before work, these morning runs are so much better for me than waiting until evening. Evening will now be spent ferrying girls back and forth to dance lessons and then folding laundry.

Up early, well for a "vacation day" ;) . Got my 5k done on the TM, made lunches, got the kids off to school, and came home to enjoy my peace and quiet and do whatever I want. Of course that means laundry, cleaning the kitchen, etc. :roll: I really could get used to this no work thing ... g...

Rest day from running. will do a strength/core session along with a yoga video for runners. need to make the yoga video a habit to get over this very tight hip. It was bugging me on the TM last night.
