Today's a "rest day" however I will still get some core exercise in. Looking forward to setting up my weight-training program for next week. Going to use the Body-For-Life as a base. Think I'll also make a running plan as with no goal planned I've just been doing whatever...and a lot of that whateve...

Some days are just like that it's like ya' need a kick in the butt...then I come here and read about everyone's runs (we're west coast time so everyone's usually done before me)...and it gets me motivated.

Working from home today so no treadmill in the airconditioned gym. If it cools down tonight I'll go for a run otherwise I'll just do some pilates (I am a hot weather wimp).

And, no, I didn't get my invite in the mail...?

Okay...so I am trying to get a little more serious about my "other" non-running workouts. I was looking around the Body for Life website and it looks like they have an interesting weight program (not interested in the eating program as I already follow WW). Has anybody here followed their program? L...

Completed my 5k on the treadmill yesterday afternoon. If I keep this up I may actually get 4 runs in this week..finally!

Today will be a core workout along with a bit of upper body weights. Really need to get a trainer so I can get a better weight lifting routine down.

5k on the dreadmill at work. It's a nice cool day...should really run outside but, life is so hectic in the evenings these days.

I just did run #1 of week 2! It felt great! The best part is that I am looking forward to my runs. Tonight I had to work late, I came home, helped dh with the kids for about 20 mins, they were just getting dried off and into pj's, then took off for my run. I thanked dh afterwards for being so good ...

After a week of recovery...okay it was recovery from my two DD's birthday party

I will be doing an easy 5k on the treadmill this afternoon. I'm looking forward to some cooler weather in a few weeks so I can get back to running outside in the evening.
