A very enjoyable 10K this morning. I was thankful for the breeze that helped keep me from feeling the heat.

Baking hot here today!! 10 sweaty kilometres done.

6.5K done this morning. It was nice and cool at 8:00 am. It is much warmer now!!

I ran out of time and only managed 10 of the scheduled 14K. Better than nothing

34.5 C when I got in my car after school today When I got home it was reading 31.5 C . that's too hot for me- no running.

Yay for race days!! I was at the Run for Water event in Abbotsford for my favourite 10K. 51:38 good for 2nd/AG.

No run today but lots and lots of walking in this glorious sunshine.
