Must be something racy about this - my filter at work won't let me see it. seuss *imagining how a bounceometer functions* Uh... yeah... let's just say I wasn't prepared for the "no bra" bounce demonstration. (It shows you "no bra", "normal bra" and "shock absorber" bouncing) But it does loo...

Is it an online journal? Do we get to see what you ate too? I think that would be a great way to loose weight. Let us heckle you when you eat crap!! The pressure of everyone else watching would be enough to make you eat right. Robbie-T may just be on to the best weight lose program ever. This is a ...

I don't think I have ever had one. seuss *hangs head in shame* Seuss, you need to fix that! Sweet sugary bliss!!  I like Jelly Bellies because they demand a certain amount of control and conscious eating. If you just toss assorted handfuls into your mouth (which I do with, um, pretty...

Re: koolaid
My husband and I love them but can no longer find them in any stores. Everytime we're somewhere new we check the grocery stores and they don't carry!!! I miss my Kool-aids sports drinks!!! Carla, have you tried the Fortino's on Dundurn and Main lately?? That's where I was getting them, but I ...

I agree... hadn't really thought of it for kids, actually -- I wouldn't touch the "real" Kool-aid* in any other circumstance, but as a sports drink this was okay. I think I compared it to Gatorade in the store (they're sold beside each other) and the ingredients were comparable. So as a sports drink...

I've been feeling a bit "off" these last few days... either a cold coming, or just fatigue. My scheduled run is going to turn into a walk along the Bruce Trail, I think! I decided at the last minute to go see the Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows tonight. Bit of a blast from the past (the Counting Cr...

Kristi, sorry I missed you! I was there cheering (at about 3k and then at the finish) -- I was at the finish line from about 30 minutes to 50 minutes, so I must've seen you cross but not registered it. I was teary-eyed at the finish line -- partly because this was my first race ever (last year...

Candy - ALL OF IT. I'm not even sure I could pick favourites... usually Fuzzy Peaches or Sour Patch Kids for movie watching. Chocolate - Rarely crave it, but I like Ghirardelli (mostly cuz I'm dying to go to San Francisco) Fast food - Wendy's -- chili as the side, Frosty to drink Alcoholic d...

So, if you don't like the taste of peanuts (okay, if you actually loathe the taste of peanuts, wouldn't hummous be a better spread-of-choice? ;-) Hmmm... hummous is a great suggestion!! I'm with Holly -- Kraft Light Smooth is my favourite! I promised myself (during my most recent "I'm going to eat well" kick) that my next tub would be all natural, but I'm not sure how it will go over since I actually loathe the taste of peanuts. Kraft doesn't taste like peanuts to me... I just sti...
