There are so few runners on the roads around West Grey I don't just wave I stop and chat or run after them just to find out who they are.

Just completed 4 Ultras over 4 consecutive weekends. It all started way back on June 22 running the Niagara 50K Ultra. I decided to leave the watch at home and grab my HD Video Camera instead.
