Injury was knee and it stopped me from running any real distance or for a sustained period. Could manage a long run but then would be out for a month perhaps. Jacob's worst fear!

Yes, it's me...Jacob's dad and a long time runner. Having read through the site I find it to be extremely valuable and I expect it will help motivate me as I get back into running after a few years lay off from an injury. I promise not to embarass you jake haha!
