Great morning for a run. It was cool (2 degrees) when I left home but quickly went up to 5 degrees and sunny. Was able to stagger through 15.4K in shorts and Icebreaker long sleeve top.

No running today. 30 mins of rowing and then my strength & stretch routine. Total of about 2.5 hours in the basement. Run tomorrow.

Echoing the speedwork...ran up to the track this evening and did 5 times 850m (middle lane!), with 425m recovery and then back for coffee with the rest of the group. Little cool this morning at -20 and w/c of -30. Running in the sun was great until you turned into the wind. Managed 8K but the legs did not want to co-operate. Soccer and beer tonight.
