Re: "Why Exercise is a Higher Priority than my Career"

The author is in the financial position to potentially lose a client if he goes for a run. Not everyone has that luxury. Also if he is the head of the company, then he can delegate someone else to do the 90 other things that have to get done every day. I bet it took many years of not missing meeting...

(Like for me, I don't count walking the dog as an activity because I do it every day no matter what and it's not a challenge). So if I teach a spin class every Friday I would have to do something abo...

So great to see you again and have a few days with some of my favourite people.

Oh that's gold!

Good luck to both of you!

Re: Bread Machines

Butter in bread? Is there also oil?

I add about 1/4c whole flax and 1/2c oatmeal when I make. It looks and tastes nice.

I'm glad you are getting use out of your machine.

Re: Nike Women Race Series in Toronto! June 14, 2015

OK, so I'm really of two minds on this. $120 for a 15K - really? The medal better be a Tiffany necklace. I can run one for $50 in Sunnybrook park on the same day. But still... A race on the island is always good. Similar to the Melissa's even out west. The 22 and 10 were the same price, but this ye...

Re: Virtual Workout--THURSDAYS....

Not to throw stones, because I am also guilty of this, but my perception is that its the speed that we are posting is more the barrier than the actual workouts. Anyone can run hard for 5 minutes (at their own level) but not everyone can run kilometer or more in 5 minutes. I don't think it is the res...
