Another pleasant day in St. John's. I went for a "recovery hike" this morning. The Tely 10 Mile race report has been posted in the Race section.

Yep! In addition to running against a strong wind, hot and humid conditions affect me adversely.

I registered for this year's Tely 10 Mile Race due to last year's disappointment. Between the fog and the lousy Air Canada service, we arrived in St. John's after the race had ended. This year we flew in on Thursday. The weather in St. John 's this year has been excellent. Lows of 18 - 20 C at night...

Ended up with a 3 hour brisk walk this afternoon!

Happy to have decided to bail on my scheduled hill workout. I plan on replacing it with a long walk this afternoon.
