About 1hr 45min XC skiing in Gatineau Park before approx 20min run to work. The ski trails were nice and bright this morning - no headlamp required again this morning. An hour of XC skiing in Gatineau park this mornning. No need for a headlamp because of the beautiful full moon (except on some of the downhills). This was followed by a 40min run to work. Music for the ski was Black Eyed Peas and for the run was Killing Joke.
