Re: Tuesday thread

3 miles on the treadmill, then 30 minutes upper body strength and stretching. Taking the bus to the gym this morning seemed my best option in this crap weather. The bridge was closed to pedestrians, and one was closed to high sided vehicles. Lots of traffic at 6:30 when I went in. I hope the wind d...

http://www.pynkcelebrity.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/miss_piggy_in_pink_165218.gif I've been out of the loop a bit latetly (again  ). Seems that everywhere I go lately internet is not an option. Anyway, I ran a few times when I was on vacation last week. Home now and just back from 6km. Co...

Re: Thursday ... Is it Friday yet ??

In England for a week. Ran along the snowy banks of the Thames this morning. It was lovely. Not sure how far (my garmin seemed confused about where I was) but i was out for a little over 30 minutes. Then spent the rest of the day visiting a dear old friend who's 94 and just amazing. I hope I'm like...

Re: November Mileage Challenge! :)

mmm....I don't know. Last month I ran 95km and did the same on the bike. This month the biking might drop which would leave more time for running. So - - I'm going to aim for a goal of 120km for November  103 km running for me this month. Didn't make my goal but I was out for a while with a ...

Gorgeous day for running - sunny no wind about 0 degrees! 5.5 km but I felt tired - I think the cold I had last weekend is still lingering a little.

Ran a little over 5km at lunch today. Not a very happy run - tired and slow, windy, and I was a bit overdressed I think. Oh well - - 2 out of 3 ain't bad. :D

I was going to run today but woke up with a tiny bit of a cold so decided to make this a rest day, feed on Coldfx, and hopefully kick it out. I'll run tomorrow.

Took a long lunch today and had ART, laser treatment, and RMT - all working on this *!*!*!* shoulder  I'm glad to say it is finally getting better. Not quite 100% but a whole lot better than the pain of the last couple of weeks. On my way home from work I went via the beach and ran 5 kms there...

Re: Moody Tuesday

I've been busy over lunch two days in a row, which is when I usually run during the week, so I parked the car and ran around the lake on my way home from work. I like it :D It's a nice change. 5km today, 4 yesterday.
