I just bought a pair of "Moto" jeans at Warehouse One this week. I practically forgot that place existed, but noticed it across from the mall after an unsuccessful shopping trip. I figured it was worth a try, because I'm opposed to spending $90 for jeans. Well, these are perfect! Very low rise, flar...

My mom has a fridge magnet that says: "At first I thought it was PMS, but now I'm starting to worry that it's just my personality".

I think I'm going to make myself a T-shirt with that quote!

I was actually hoping to meet the Ottawa maniacs, but I don't think I will have enough time. I get in on Wednesday early afternoon, get ready for an event in the evening, probably some after-partying, then leave late afternoon on Thursday. Unfortunately not really a business thing. No expense accoun...

Hijack again re: Gabriel's Pizza. I'm going to be in Ottawa on Wednesday and Thursday. Is the "Bank at Somerset" the closest location to the Lord Elgin? I haven't had pizza in about a month. I think I deserve some.

I'm no expert either but I think the leaning forward while going down is to let gravity be your friend. I don't run hills often (knee problems) but when I do, I lean forward on the way down, and I smoke all the runners who passed me on the way up!

Run faster!

1) It will be over sooner

2) You'll be warm in no time

Hmmm... otherwise I say look for sales, and MEC can be a lot cheaper than the Running Room.

Looks like I'm going to have to change to an orange Betty tank instead of white. It won't match my running skirt :(

Sooo... please change mine to orange (medium), and thanks!! :)

Ok, if that's *REALLY* why you're checking, you should tell your friend about the Shock Absorber. They have one that's a "level 4" and it fixes just about any bounce issues for larger women.

umm... I know this cuz someone told me. :D

I finally ran it in today. Exactly as their site states... "When you work out in the GymGirl you'll notice it hiking up a bit in the thighs, and creeping into bootie-ville until you sweat and tug it into place, where it will stay. Don't mistake hiking for the skirt being too small." I really like it...

MEC sells cycling skirts for $30??? Why didn't I know this? Oh well, I dropped my cash and bought the Gym Girl from Skirt Sports. I LOVE IT!!! It was way to hot to run after it was delivered this evening, but I'm thinking about going out in it in the morning. (If I get off this board and go to bed, ...
