Last minute desion to wear capris, VERY happy I did. Every year I say, wish I would have trained for this race, did fine today with minimal log runs, even fewer medium runs, and frankly it isn't worth it to change for short runs.
I think this is the next revolution in running, not training. LOL

It is going to be my slowest ATB to date, so I am certainly hoping it is at least 5. Never felt so completely untrained- well except for vulture bait that one year. That is an ultra so that is different.

I plan my routes so I can jump in rivers and lakes. Tresspassing at times, but it works.

It seems I can not run a marthon due to the pounding on pavement, thus very intrested for road runs.
