4k along the ocean, and I could see only a few hundred meters ahead of me due to the fog. A little creepy that time of morning!

Rainy and 16 degrees here, so I slept in and didn't start my run until almost 9:00. A little over 9k in an hour. Hardly anyone on the trail due to the rain. The coffee after was really good.

For the first time since we moved, I ran before work from home. That won't happen often, but maybe a few more times before it is too dark in the morning to do so. 4.5k to start the day.

45 minute yoga class at lunch. Then I'll be walking 4.5k to get my car after work at the dealership.

It is too nice out (aka too warm for this wimp) to run later in the day, so I ran before work. 4.5k done on the waterfront. It was a beautiful morning for a run - 16 degrees, sunny, quiet.

7k done on the trail, starting and ending at the coffee shop. The trail is uphill on the first half, so I always get a nice negative split.

Got in 4.2k on the waterfront at lunch. It was nice to get out in the sun.

I opted for the gym and did 15 minutes of strength work, then a 20 minute run.

It hasn't started here yet, but will be raining by the time I get off work. I'm trying to decide if I'll go to the gym at lunch, or get out for a walk before it rains.
