A tough 5k this morning. Didn't have my runners with me & toughed it out on near-dead cross trainers.... after doing a fairly intensive leg routine yesterday morning at the gym. Relaxing now...while waiting for laundry to come out of the dryer

1st day of June = 1st run commute to the office.
In all seriousness, I flatted on the bike on the way home yesterday & had no spare tubes with a long valve stem at home...
