Weird, Dave's T2 time isn't showing on the site anymore (even though it was there earlier when I checked). :? The whole site is a gong show. While I get the point of focusing on the athletes, if you are going to offer online tracking, then make sure it works properly. Otherwise, don't do it at all.

good morning! it's going to be a hot one today... Renting a car for 24 hours and am going to do a BIG grocery shop... fill my freezer and cupboards so that I don't have to do it again for awhile. :) Then I'm going to take my poor, cooped-up puppy to a big park to run around and go swimming. Thanks, Tracy. I might try that. I actually really like what yoga does but I've always hated the classes that I've tried-- so it's not really fair to say I hate it. I do have very tight hamstrings and calves and this does play into my foot problem. But now I'm actually now a bit worried about over-...

Hey Jenn, Most lululemon stores offer a free yoga class once a week with different instructors thorughout the city, so it might be a good option for you. While you might "hate" yoga, it will be a great compliment to your running and will help you get back on track from your injury. PF manifests in t...

We had the BEST time!!! It is truly a race everyone needs to experience in their lifetime. The heat was crazy, but it didn't really impact our "race" as we'd decided to run with friends and really take everything in. It was so crazy-awesome!!

More to come later....
