Everyone seems to lose weight with respect to nursing differently. I can't seem to lose the last 10 pounds, so, I blame it on nursing.

I just stopped in to the David's Tea on Bank Street in Ottawa to get some Cold911 since I have a terrible cold.

They gave me 50g plus a cup of it to go.....on the house!

definitely not a fan of today's cinnamon chai rooibos. I don't like cinnamon hearts at all though, and, it reminded me of that.
