The sharks and jellyfish were a byproduct that I'm sure she would have loved to not have had to deal with. RE: protective gear: I wear a helmet when I bike to pro...

I waited until the rain had stopped then did 10 K on the rail trail in Terra Cotta with Tuzo. No Garmin and 2/3's of it I was off leash. Longest run in 3 months! Maybe there's hope yet.

Re: FRIDAY for letting be

I'm officially on vacation now. Packing sucks so it hasn't seemed too great yet, but tomorrow we're off for 9 days and night in Killarney Provincial Park. Backpacking. Packs are 47 pounds each before water, should make for a nice round 50 pounds all in. Tuzo's is 10 pounds, he carries his own dried ...

I always wondered why guys wore shorts over their tights. I guess the guy who I see in tights at every race wants to show off his junk then sounds like our friend doonst :D  Hey Richard, eyes up! Seriously, I'm just glad that we have started a conversation about this important topic. For too...

So I rush over to my iphone dock, and pull it off Wrecking Ball Radio just to confirm what I just suspected. This was the first thread that I saw after the notice!

Re: FAST FRIDAY

Spent 2 hours this afternoon hiking the hilly trails of Forks of the Credit Provincial Park, wearing a 45 pound pack. Training for upcoming Killarney backpacking escapades. How come it can be that 45 pounds feels twice as hard as 30 pounds?

Re: Simply Saturday

I ran my first race of the year this morning, 12.8 K of trails at Rattlesnake Point put on by 5 Peaks. It was a fine day for running and was both fun and challenging. I finished healthy and happy (to be done). Still the numbers were cruel: although it should not be surprising that running less milea...

I am! I am doing the Enduro course. I can't really say that I'm "racing" since it's my first race of the year, so I'll be taking it easy/conservative to avoid getting hurt.
