20K in 1:54:xx this morning, great day for running 8C and overcast, but no rain

Waited out the rain then got in 7K @ 5:30 which is a pretty decent pace for me.

7K for me tonight, felt pretty sluggish but its done.

Rest day for me, feel like i need it after my run yesterday then snowshoeing around grouse after that.

21K for me this morning, I have a cold and was going to cut it short after 10K but started feeling better and finished the run.

15.5K for me last night, missed my wednesday run so I added some hills last night.

7K for me last night, not going to get a run in today, but I could probably use the day off.

maybe I'll do some upper body stuff once the kids go to bed.

Rest day for me, that may mean weights tonight, or it may mean rest. depends on how the day goes.

Slogged out 20K in the rain, took a slight detour through a short trail and wiped out in the mud
