Since you got hit? I got hit about 2.5 weeks before the Peterborough Half Ironman. It was a while ago and I am all healed and my commuting bike is better, but, because of taper, recovery and vacation, I haven't been riding to work (about 50 minutes each way). How did it feel? Someone told me the cool kids hang out here ...
So, two and half weeks of taper, one week race recovery, two weeks vacation, one week vacation recovery ... I finally rode my bike to work today, first time since I got hit.
It feels good to be back on my happy drug.
