13K for me in a steady rain, puddles and muddy trails. It was actually one of my better feeling runs in a while. Nice pacing, legs felt great and cooler temps.

No speed here either. Easy 9K in the greenbelt.

11K for me in the greenbelt early this morning. We had a fair amount of rain last night, so there were a number of mud patches and some slick stuff. Mosquitos were also horrific at times, LOL.

10K for me after work. Warm, but slightly overcast skies so it wasn't too bad.

11K for me on the trails after work. I bought some new shoes the other day (Topo Terraventure) and ran in them for the first time today and I thought they were pretty nice. Super wide toe box, 3MM drop, decent cushion and still enough ground feel to have nice connection to the trail.

Thought I'd be okay getting out at 6:30, should've went out at 4:30 instead, LOL. 9K done in a "starting to get hot in a humidity induced sweat fest"

Last day of a mini vacation for me and I headed out for 13K bright and early. It's a gorgeous day!

Out the door at 6AM for me and 8K on the trails. Already 28 with humidex, glad I got finished early, LOL!

10K for me bright and early. Fighting a bit of a cold, but my legs felt great!

9K on the trails after a morning game of golf. Stopped for a breather from the heat and darn near got picked up and carried away by mosquitos, LOL!

Took my son down to run the Kid's Marathon this morning at ORW, and then I did 11K in the greenbelt when I got home. It was a warm day out there!

10K for me, overcast and rainy at times. Not bad though.

Anyway, I had an 11K run through the greenbelt. It was ever so lightly sprinkling rain at times and overcast, so overall, quite nice running conditions.

Signing in late! In the morning I did 2K with my son on the trails as part of his prep for the Ottawa Kids Marathon next weekend, and then I hit the trails mid afternoon for 11K on my own.

At least that's how it felt to me. A slow 8K on the trails in +30. First run of the year, LOL.

8K for me. We're starting to get some warmer weather so that's nice.

10K in the light rain this morning. No jacket needed, nice running conditions.

I need new shoes, but I just ran 10K in my old ones instead, LOL. Gorgeous day out there though!

About 10K on the trails for me. Still a few spots you had to walk around if you didn't want to get a soaker, but very runnable for the most part.
