25k this morning, the last 5k was a bit of a struggle but I got it done.

Back at it for an easy 5k, breathing was pretty good until I tried picking up the pace the last K, finished gasping and wheezing.

Felt great to be back out there.

I haven't been able to run for the last week and a half, was diagnosed with pneumonia on tuesday and have meds, but my breathing isn't great at all so I'm doing some couch time for a while.

I haven't run since Wednesday, normally If i don't feel well i just run anyway but I'm just not into it this week, probably need the break anyway.

If all goes well I should be in the 300k range, which is new territory for me.

17k in the sun this afternoon, but it was a tough one since I worked on the car all morning.

My soccer team gave me a gift card for the running room as a thank you gift, probably the most useful gift I've gotten from a team.
