Cool! I was out last night but would've enjoyed seeing this. Were there any great highlights? Is anyone planning to go to the TO festival of track on June 11-12? Small PBs are the best kind: all the thrill of a new accomplishment without the subsequent letdown of wondering if it was the last one. Great run, picking it up i those final couple km shows a lot of heart and strength, that last sand/mud trail to the finish line was a bit annoying.

Great race and nice pacing, I did see that butterfly come through the finish those wings had to be about 8 feet tall.

btw...Randy Zabukovec from Kingston.....you generally run neck and neck with him (if I remember he's usually a few seconds ahead) ended up running seconds slower than you. Knowing Randy he's as ticked as you are about not going sub 2! You're a speed demon...so seconds count! You're still my friend ...

Here is another ATB elevation profile, not bad, however at the 30k point in Copps it messes up.
In my opinion 23-24k is the killer.
