Due to the rain, dh drove me downtown this morning, so we went to the gym before work. 45 minutes cardio - 25 on the elliptical, 20 on the treadmill.

It was 15 degrees this morning when we left the house at 6.

Dh asked if I wanted a ride to work, or to the gym, since it was super rainy and windy. That means not waiting for the bus - I'm in! 25 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill.

6.5k on the treadmill done. I'm dreaming of the days when the roads are no longer icy and I can skip the treadmill!

Then the usual Saturday post gym trip to the coffee shop for a coffee and scone.

It's my Monday off, but due to the storm coming, our office closed at 1 anyway. It's 1:30 and the storm is late starting! But I went for a 5k walk after I ran errands this morning, the snow hasn't started yet, but the winds sure have. Brrr. That was a cold walk.

It's too icy here after the freezing rain last night, so 5k on the treadmill this morning.

40 minutes at the gym - 20 each on the elliptical and the bike. Trying to switch things up a bit instead of always using the treadmill.

An hour on the treadmill at the gym this morning, before the storm started.

I went to the Rise & Shine yoga class at the local studio this morning. It's a gentle flow class. It was nice to be done by 8:30!

Just some yardwork today - lots and lots of raking. I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow.

I ran about 7.5k on the trail today. It was my first run in a few weeks, so it was a little tough, but glad it is done! I hope it's not as long until the next one.

I had to scrape the car this morning, does that count as a workout? I've got a dentist appointment this afternoon, so unlikely to get in a workout again today. I need to plan better for the rest of this week.

5.6K ON THE TRAILS AFTER WORK FOR ME!!!

It was too nice out here to not run. It was 17 degrees when I woke up, so I hopped on the bus and ran from the gym. 5k along the waterfront, watching Theodore Tugboat greet a cruise ship.

We went for a 2 hour hike, about 8k.
