21.1k at the rainy Manitoba (half) marathon. Perfect for running a half, I'm glad I didn't give in and upgrade to the full at package pick up yesterday, I think I would have been miserable.

I can vouch for the miserable conditions. It was horrible driving in the car never mind riding. I saw about 8 cyclist total yesterday and felt bad for all of them.

Two of my friends are riding across Canada to raise money for Sick Kids Hospital / Meagan's Walk, which raises research funding for pediatric brain tumours. 5x1km repeats with about 2:30 walking recovery between. Warm up and cool down for 10.75km. Went from a light rainshower to a total deluge.

Wasn't me, I didn't run until 6:30. It was really nice tonight for 10km. About 23C and nice breeze.
