No running here, either. 3k walk this morning, then yoga at lunch.

No tempo for me, just a 5k walk/run on the treadmill at lunch.

It was a beautiful, sunny morning here. We went for a 6k walk. My legs were too tired to run after yesterday's bike ride. It is now raining.

It wasn't steamy here. It was foggy and misty this morning and +12 so we went for a 24 km bike ride on the trails. Then the sun came out after lunch, so we were pulling dandelions. Not fun. My shoulder is aching from it now.

Congratulations, Robin. I can't even fathom how you can make it through something like that. It's quite a feat!

I did a 3k run/walk, then 1.5k walk on the waterfront this morning. It was lovely and quiet. There's a cruise ship in today, so I will make sure to avoid the waterfront at lunch.

Just 4k walk on the treadmill at lunch. This cold might be almost gone enough to try a run again later this week. We will see.

I should go to yoga tonight, but I doubt I will.

I'm still dealing with this head cold, so not much on the go here. A few short walks.

I got out for a 9.6k run at lunch to enjoy the sunny day! It means I have to work a bit late to make up for the long lunch, but it's worth it.

I went the way that lead to the gym for yoga class.

My treadmill workout this morning had some similarities to Ironboy's - 30 minutes, started out at 5.5 MPH, and the first 10 minutes went quickly and then it got harder. 8k on the treadmill done. I'm feeling pretty good about that as I was a little afraid that I wouldn't be able to get to 10k before my race in 6 weeks. I won't be setting a PB, but I feel like I will be able to finish now!

I walked 3k on the treadmill on the east coast of Canada. Then did some upper body strength work.
