Ran the Run Santa Run event in Calgary today. I ran the 10km event. I missed the 5km turn around point, ran an extra km. There wasn't a lot of runners doing the 10km. Non-timed event so for me it was no big deal.

I am running an event called YMCA strong kids race in Calgary tomorrow. It is a 5km/10km event. I think you can still register for the event at Eau Claire YMCA in the morning before 9.00am

I really don't know If I could run without my Garmin 220. I have done races where my Garmin has shown me I am not working hard enough. While other times with the km splits I am over extending myself.

Short 4km run in the town of Redcliff, Ab. slow pace.

I ran 16km late in the afternoon in Medicine Hat.

My 1st day back in Canada. 5km run along the Bow River in shorts. You simply cannot beat that

I did an easy 4kms here on the other side of the world.

2km run in the morning. A 5km race at night.

Easy 3km run on the local running track. I think this was the 1st outdoor running track I have seen. It is not well care for, but it is workable. Next up is my back and biceps workout. Then another short afternoon run and a birthday party.

I realized I am heading back to Medicine Hat next Wednesday. I am hoping winter is over. My two months here are almost over. We ran 5kms on the roads at 5.00am. It was still 20C, but I found it still cooler. I have been trying to run in the afternoon too. But the temps are usually in the mid thirties.

I ran 3kms here in Bauang La Union around the town square. I hope I don't piss of any of my running friends :evil: . But this was probably the first day, that I seen some serious runners here in Bauang. I think I can tell the difference over here between them. The runners tend to wear short running ...

Good 6km run in Bauang La Union. I ran through the town plaza and Bauang Bridge. We had a lot of rain last night but no wind. This was the extent of our Typhoon. Back and Biceps workout later today.

This Wednesday morning I ran 3kms beside the south China sea. This afternoon I ran 4km through the rice paddies. But right now they are dry.

I had a group of 5 running with me this morning. We only ran 4km along Bauang Beach before breakfast. It is nice where we are, there is very little humidity not like Manila. Trying to run in Manila can be overwhelming with the high humidity plus the smog.
