Gorgeous sunny morning! Going to take Finnegan for an easy 5k shortly. He is getting better at running on a leash all the time. So much fun running with a dog.

I am in Total awe of your running prowess. To do as many marathons and other races as you do is inspiring and mind boggling!

Best of luck to those racing today!! It is Spin class for DH and I shortly. Studio will be closing for summer in 2 weeks however road bike is ready to go so looking forward to changing things up abit! The rest of this beautiful day will be spent gardening and riding I love Saturdays!

Gorgeous day here in Rural Merrickville! A myriad of birds at the feeders this morning including a pair of cardinals. Have some on line meetings shortly 8 k lunch time run is the plan. Pub night with some work colleagues in Ottawa

Legs feel surprisingly good after 18 k yesterday . Today running rest day and yoga. Last day of the quarter and half at work which in my life means we need a lot of orders today! I am optimistic!
