Hello guys, I haven't been to the website since I got ill....... I caught a cold 3 days ago on Wednesday.... I have not recovered yet, I thought I wasn't going to be able to run the ATB 30 Km but I will do it anyway so I am adding me name to the party!!!! Keep it Real!!!

I completed the race according to my watch in 22' 37" but the inaccurate time chip (official time) showed 22' 39" despite the fact that I was about 20 meters behind the start line. The temperature was about 4 C at the start. A runner fell to the ground beside me just a few meters after the start.......

I intend to run The Irish Spring 5 Km in 21 or 22 minutes. Last year I ran the same race in 22 minutes and 11 seconds.
