50min spin this morning. Looking forward to our local Santa Claus Parade this afternoon - my daughter will be riding her horse in the parade with her riding club. Very exciting!

Easy 9.3km this morning.

Ran a training run of the Egg Nog Jog this morning with some friends. Wanted to get a feel of my fitness level. With a very slow start, "the Hill" didn't seem so bad. 10.8km done.

6.4km this morning on kinda slippery roads/sidewalks. Actually enjoyed this run through a light snowfall....

Just over 7km this morning. We got a dusting of snow so the roads were fine to run on. It was quite nice actually - not too cold with a bit of wind.

Hilly 11km run this morning. So nice with the sun and no wind (well, minimal). Love these temps for running

Thinking a trail run might be a good idea today - hopefully there will be less wind in the forest :D 7.5km of trails done. Was a little concerned about all the fallen trees that seemed to cross some of the trails. Had to basically climb on, over, through etc. one huge tree that had fallen on one of...
