Re: Jes inches closer to the 4hr mark

you have improved 1:08 from six marathons, thats impressive. Congrats on the PR , you will very likely break the 4 hour mark in your next marathon.

Re: Sandcastle City Classic 10K

good run. You ran an almost even split which is good considering the second half is the more challenging than the first. Must feel good to finish with a sprint on the last kilometre. Glad you enjoyed yourself.

thanks for your input.

Angus Glen Running Series

I am considering registering for the Angus Glen 5 miler on July 19th. Anyone ever run this race or any races in this series. Was it efficient and organized ? would you recommend it at $60 fee ?

Re: Beautiful Monday!

Where is everyone? :) My legs will need some recovery from yesterday's race, but I do have my last swim class tonight. I will also get out for a walk at some point today. Have a great one. How did the race go ? what was your time ? short on time in the morning so did a quick 5k , better than nothing.

Re: Midsummer Night's Run moves to Toronto Islands

I have never done this run but I was under the impression that it was one of the more popular runs. Most reviews in past years have been mostly positive.
