Um, no. One 17 person team over 27 hours is enough for me per year.

Thanks for the vote of confidence though. That is flattering.

I am wondering what "team" means in this case. (ie number of team members, is it a relay team, an alternating cycle of each member running a mary, or does everyone run at once???) I have run marathons and I have captained running teams and from my experience a multitude of potential problems come to...

Rum Runners 2008 - Lucky Leg 7

Somehow in the last two years I believe have not driven this entire leg. Or the 2 BIG hills stole all my attention, making me forget about the rest of the leg. My knee has been pretty crappy for August and September, but, it was just starting to feel OK after only running twice since the full in Que...

I am glad you enjoyed running with the ladies, and the rain. Running on a sore knee is like a sucky birthday party.

Hopefully your knee heals quickly and I wish you the best of luck at OIM!

Oh, and you do have the most wicked sense of timing...

Always a pleasure to see your smile!

Thanks for all the help! Question - what is the stick?? I don't see one on the Fitness Depot website. Anyway - I got as far as the Check Out on Fitness Depot and then discovered it cost just about as much to ship ($15) as it does to buy - so I think I'll wait and see if there's somewhere local that...

Perhaps there are some people who do run, but don't post about it. They like to post about other things so they can have a discussion with their friends (this is a very friendly place). They just happen to have running as a common shared interest. That is why there is drifferent boards. In fact, you...

I'm pretty sure I know what road you mean. Scary stuff indeed.

I actually noticed new bike lanes along South Park on either side of Spring Garden Road yesterday.

I still can't believe they got rid of a lane of traffic along that strip! What's the city coming too!?!?!?!!?
