Likely the connections, between the watch and cradle. Once I had to sand the metal nubs a bit, usually some type of scrubbing works.

She could certainly be... I just searched out people who have won medals, gotten world records etc. I don't know a ton about her, only that she's won some ultra races. Does she have an ultra record, or could it be said she's the best in the world or the best in Canada? She certainly inspires people...
