Heading out at 7:00 for a 20k LSD. Just undecided whether it be outside or on the treadmill @ the gym.

Happy Anniversary David and Kim... here's wishing that the next 17 are just as blissful!

Me and Andy are doing 22km this morning... yippee! Then he's buying me breakfast. Well ok, no he's not but that'll get his attention

Have a great everyone! Good racing to those doing so as well!

Another maniac heading out for the last pre-NCM half long run! Not sure how well it is going to go, as I'm still recovering from my exhausting trip to TO and my bike accident. Here's hoping...

I'm riding my bike to Hamilton to hang out with one of my friends. I called her and said if I ride there, will you make me breakfast? It's about 65k there.

I'll be GO training home.

Congratulations Dave and Kim.

Rest day for me today. Only have to sit through one swimming lesson today, since eldest is at Guide camp for the weekend.

Babysitter booked for tonight, going to see Ironman.

Happy Saturday everyone!

I bricked this morning.

Nice to know I could probably pull off a Sprint Triathlon these days......

Did an easy Zone 1 22K ride followed by a 5K run that was a build to steady pace and hold for 15 minutes.

I'm hungry.

Happy Anniversary Mr and Mrs Strider! :D

I am off with Ds #1 to do groceries and some other errands. Core workout and 6k run on the books today. Plus a bunch of rototilling, mulching, and garden maintenance. Time to get the peas, lettuce, spinach and cool stuff in...am a bit late...
I am going on a Mothers Day ride ( horses that is) on Sunday with a bunch of other Mom's..so my last LSD before NCM 1/2 will have to wait until Monday.
Lets just hope I don't have cowgirl butt on Monday! Makes for a very intersting running gait...

Was going to go to bodypump, and just kept on sleeping. Thus, looking for ways to change the plan... may just go to the gym and see what happens. :D

The sun is shining... maybe I'll get out there and plant some flowers after the gym!
Next?

After meeting a friend right after work for a 10K run, then biking home, I found I was POOPED last night. I don't even know when I fell asleep but it was EARLY. So, I got up around 6:30 this morning. 3 loads of laundry some reading, eating, trip researching, and tidying - done. Now for some dishes, then getting ready to head out for ultimate practice!

I haven't thrown or caught a disc since October 2006. Yikes! :D

Jess,

16K is still a good LSD distance at this point. I hope you can get some rest in during your taper to heal these injuries!

Take care.

Got in an easy 8K this morning. Lovely weather! Now I'm off to pick up the car from serviceing and taking the pup to the vet for his shots.

Then groceries! Then laundry!

Ugghh. No rest for the weary!

Planning my route for my bike ride today. Millet out to Pigeon Lake and return (about 80-90k). Then a short run after.

It's beautiful outside :-)
